Our Safeguards
AQ999 Casino believes every member deserves a gaming experience that is enjoyable and safe.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once you reach the limit, deposits will be blocked automatically. Stay in control of your budget.
Decide how long you want to play before you start. When your time is up, AQ999 Casino will remind you to take a break. Stay in control of your time.
If you need a short break, activate a Cool-off period ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this time, you will not be able to log in to your account.
Set up a self-exclusion period of 6 months to 5 years for a long-term break. Your account will be completely inactive during this time.
Play automatically stops once you reach a set loss amount. Set your own daily or weekly loss limit to stay in control.
At regular intervals, AQ999 Casino will remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've spent in total. Stay informed.
Responsible gaming means treating gaming as a form of entertainment — not a solution to life's problems or a source of income. AQ999 Casino believes every member deserves an enjoyable experience, and that's only possible when you stay in control of your play.

You are hiding your gaming habits or spending from family or friends.
You feel angry, anxious, or depressed when you are unable to play.
Gaming is causing you to neglect work, studies, or your everyday responsibilities.
You are staying up late to play, sleeping less, or your physical health is being affected.
